Is it possible to use Easy Populate to set Call For Price to TRUE ?

Yes, anything that is in the products database table can be added. There are a number of different versions of EP around and they will all have unique modification steps. I am only familiar with 1.2.5.4 but the process should be similar, just the line numbers in the file will be different. Follow this instruction and just ignore the line numbers, basically you will want to look for a v_products_weight and copy those lines changing weight to product_is_call
