IH2 - Basic install question - file structures

I am still having some trouble getting my head around the tree structure and installing ZC add ons.

The IH2 package, when unzipped, has these folders, which contain various subfolders:

admin
bmz_cache
images
includes
shopad


The instructions say to upload these folders to the server.

For security reasons, my "admin" folder on the server is now called "commerce." There is no folder called "admin."

WHERE do I put the IH2 folders? Is the IH2 folder called "admin" just really my "commerce" folder?

If so, are the other 4 IH2 folders to be put at the SAME level as "commerce" ? Or are they really meant to be subfolders of "commerce" ?

Sorry to be so obtuse on this, but I can't seem t o figure it out.

admin, bmz_cache, images, includes, shopad all uploaded to server at same level (exactly as they are in the installation structure).

REMEMBER TO BACKUP BEFORE OVERWRITING ANYTHING!

OK. Seems pretty simple. Backed up the cart, loaded all the files as you suggested.

Cleared the browser cache, reloaded the admin panel page - no Image Handler listing under Tools.

I examined the tree structure, and all of the files from the IH2 install are in their correct folders, but no joy.

I'm pretty much stuck, at this point.

a whole load of new options should be in there :-)

I just checked - nothing new I can see in that panel.

I'm going to go in and check the file permissions again; at this point, I can't think of anything else that might be preventing IH2 from working.

Just to double-check. The root of my ZC site now has this file structure (these are all folders):

/bmz_cache **
/commerce (formerly known as admin)
/images **
/includes **
/shopad **

** = folders added when installing IH2

This seems a bit odd, as other plugs I've installed all seem to write files to subfolders off of /admin (renamed to /commerce, for this site)

IH2's structure seems to mimic the structure inside of /admin, but on the same level as /admin.
