Super Orders - Packing slips - why is it printing product images?

I have just had Super Orders installed and I love it - BUT when I am priniting PACKING SLIPS it is printing some with a picture of the product and others without.
I can't seem to see why some have the picture and others don't.
I DO NOT want the picture to print - is there a way to do this? Is it the way th eitems are set up? Or is it in the Super Order install

Mine looks like it will print every time as the image is there. I am confused as mine does not put a tick in the box of customer notified even if it notifies them it always puts a cross so I am going to search the forum for an answer. If I come across a solution for you I will return and let you know.

the only thing I am finding is if you go to Config....shipping packaging...there are things you can change there but I think when you upgrade to Super Orders you lose those choices...............OK back to the board

Not sure if anyone has answered this post but the easiest way to fix this problem is to edit the super_packingslip.php in the admin directory.

Find

if (sizeof($order->products) < 4)

and change the 4 to 1. Hope this helps the next searcher.

Thanks for answering that. I ended up paying someone to fix it so couldn't post how it was done!
