Some of the buttons not showing

Using the Redsky template, some of the buttons have gone MIA. Spesifically "continue shopping", "go to cart" and "shipping estimator". All the other buttons are where they should be.

Any idea how to fix this?

Yes, I have that button, although located in /norwegian. :)
