When I use the Validate feed option to make sure my datafeed is valid, it runs for awhile and then tells me this. "Error! The url is disabled!" Why does it say this. Would the feed be affected in any way if I have the Simple SEO URL module installed?

No. Now when I try logging into the Askcost merchant login, I keep getting a password error.

I did not have any trouble getting this to work. I uploaded the askcost_zencart.php page to the same directory as my index.php page.

UPPERCASE words will vary depending on the folder you installed zencart to

    My index page is:
    http://www.independentsalescorporati...cart/index.php

So I uploaded the askcost_zencart.php to:
    /CART/

You should see the following folders:
    /includes/
    /media/
    /extras/

I then checked to make sure that it was working. I changed index.php in the above link to askcost_zencart.php?add_vat=on

After verifying that the askcost_zencart.php?add_vat=on link worked, I signed into my AskCost.com/ merchant account and submitted my link.

I submitted my link by clicking on 'Product Listings' on the menu. Then I clicked on the 'Click Here To Upload Products' button.

I chose the 'Auto' option and pasted my link in the 'Upload URL' location provided.

I then click on the 'Datafeed Validation' link to retreive a successful 'Datafeed validation was successfully completed.' message.

So the link I submitted to them look like this:
    http://www.independentsalescorporati...php?add_vat=on

Hope this helps anyone having any trouble with this add-on.

I have done everything AskCost asks ... they even confirm that my file ( http://thinkdeal.net/askcost_zencart.php ) was: Datafeed validation was successfully completed

But when I click the 'Save Changes' nothing happens.

I have waited the 24 hours but no products have been uploaded.

I have contacted them twice through their online contact form but days have passed without response.

    Do they work for anybody?
