I am trying to figure out how to add a handling fee to certain products with a min. purchase amount.
Example: Product model numbers starting with 123 have a min. purchase amount of $20, if that purchase amount is not met, then a $2 handling fee applies.

Is there a mod for this or is this controlled by attributes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
