I have my cart setup and wanted to Display Product Weight how do i do this ? and how do I add a weight to the products ?

You add a weight to your products on the main product page in admin... click on any product in the admin/catalog/products and when it opens in edit view, there is a box for the weight at the bottom of this page.
You can also set it to display the product weight in admin/configuration/product listing/Display Product Weight
