Migrating from Volusion to Zen Cart

Hi all,
I have a client who is using Volusion. While setting up his site, I determined that the client would be better off not even using Volusion. However, he had paid a non-refundable set-up fee and didn't want to lose that until he was sure his shop would make money. 2 weeks later, he is making tons of money, Volusion is becoming more and more of a pain, and he is ready to move.
So, my first question is, is it possible to migrate his entire store from Volusion to Zen Cart, how difficult/long of a proccess would it be, since Volusion is .asp?
Second question, client also wants an "affiliate coupon" funcitonality. Is that possible with Zen Cart?
I am completely new to Zen Cart, have it installed on my server and localhost but have not had time to dig around the code.

The last thing you want to do is "dig in the code". There are lots of options available in the Free Software Add Ons and information in the Tutorials/FAQ.
