We now have a couple dozen sites we maintain for ourselves and various clients. Some of the normal routine tasks are becoming quite cumbersome.
Is there a way to automate via cron
Database Backup - MySQL
Then in Store Manager the Activity Log and Optimize Database commands?

'cmon Kim, you know if I had the answer, I would not have asked.
Looking for assistance with syntax and directions for implementation.
I don't know the syntax for the Store Manager jobs.
