Zone based shipment cost, I need help.

I'm trying to set up zone based shipping cost, for Sweden cost would be SEK 50 for orders up to 1500, then free. That works.

For all other countries, I want shipping cost to be 120 up to the order value of 2500, then free. Won't work..

If a shipping address outside Sweden is given, shipping is added to orders below totalling 2500, then orders above 2500 shows "Cannot be calculated".

I desperately need advice on this, I think I'm going blind..

As far as I understand Zone shipping you have to specify the FREE Value as well:
so 2500:120 means for orders up to 2500 shipping is 120 and shold be:
2500:120,100000:0 meaning all orders up to 100000 are free (free value in this case is 100000 - you increase it to 1mil :)

I am supprise that was working for Sweden without specifying the value over 1500 (1500:40,100000:0)
