database error zencart shop Site down after suPHP was installed to prevent SPAM from php mailers

Hello, recently my server manager has installed suPHP to "I would suggest installing suPHP which would make tracking even easier based on the fact that suPHP makes php run as the user instead of nobody"

Now the specific site hosted on my server does not work anymore. Is this because of this change?

What can I do to fix it?

This is the site and u can see the error shown there: 500 Internal Server Error

If you can help me pls PM me or post here.

    Thank you.

"Internal Server Error" messages are caused by server security rules being broken.

You probably have folders/files set to "777" permissions, which is not allowed when in suPHP mode.
Additionally, you may have other configuration problems you'll need to address. See this FAQ: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=9 (especially the footnote in relation to suPHP).

The actual details of the violated rule(s) which caused the "500 Internal Server Error" message will be shown in your server's apache errorlog. If you can't see that log via your hosting account control panel, ask your hosting company for access to it.

You should also be asking your hosting company about the cause of the error as it relates to how they have your server configured. Perhaps they can shed light on which of their rules your site is presently breaking and thus producing that error message.
