First, you'd need to learn how Zen Cart's templating system works. Good explanation here:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...light=template

Also, important to learn how the override system works. Search the Tutorials/FAQs at the top of the page.

You're going to have to remake your design in Zen Cart. Zen Cart is not designed to be added on to an existing site. If you tell us the URL of your current design, we can advise on how easy/hard that might be, and may even be able to suggest an existing template which will get you more than half way to where you need to go.

Without knowing more about what you did and what you originally had, it's difficult to say why Zen Cart is coming up instead of the page(s) you created.

As the others said, Zen Cart is designed to run the entire site. It's not an add-on to an existing site, but you can get lots of different looks using Zen Cart.

If I understand the original post, it sounds like he uploaded the zencart files to the root of his site, which then over-wrote his current website.

It takes a little time to get your bearings with the zencart file structure.

There are plenty of free templates available for Zen Cart. You can see them at http://(sorry, site offline)/. Use the pull down menu to select the template you'd like to see. You can then download the template and follow the included instructions on how to upload it to your website.

If you point your browser to www.burstingwithfavours.co.uk/index.html you'll see your original site.

Zencart uses index.php for the start page. In most hosting enviornments, index.html is loaded before index.php, but not in yours, I guess.

    Who is your host?

You can link to Zencart from your existing page by installing Zencart in a subdirectory. You can't really use Zencart as a backend cart script.
