    Default Free Priority Shipping for orders > $X

    We offer 3 levels of shipping. I'd like to offer free priority shipping for all orders over $X.

    However, I don't want to give a discount on standard or express shipping, so simply giving a $5 discount (to cover cost of priority mail) won't meet that need.

    Is there a clever way to implement this?

    In ADMIN > MODULES > SHIPPING > TABLE RATES you can enter the shipping rate based upon total order.

    For example, entering:
    55:15,100:0.00,200:0.0

    will charge $15 for orders up to $55 and free above that...hope that helps.

    Should I use this same concept if I have items that are free (virtual) like a webinar, and items that are not free and want to use a percentage rate for shipping? I keep getting the "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time." messageunder payment method when the item is free. I've tried just about every answer in the forum and seems I'm not hitting the right combination.

    I have some virtual products that are free and when I just try to check out with them in the cart I get that message. When I have something else in the cart that isn't free combined with the free item, I was not getting that message. I have the freeoptions module installed with the following settings:

    Enable Free Options Shipping
    True
    Shipping Cost
    0.00
    Handling Fee
    0
    Total >=
    Total <=
    0.00
    Weight >=
    Weight <=
    Item Count >=
    Item Count <=
    Tax Class
    --none--
    Tax Basis
    Shipping
    Shipping Zone
    --none--
    Sort Order
    0

    Then I have the Zone based rates installed with these settings:
    Zone Based Rates

    Enable Zones Method
    True

    Calculation Method
    Price

    Tax Class
    --none--

    Tax Basis
    Shipping

    Sort Order
    2

    Skip Countries, use a comma separated list of the two character ISO country codes
    US,CA

    Zone 1 Countries

    Zone 1 Shipping Table
    10000:15%

    Zone 1 Handling Fee
    0

    Zone 2 Countries

    Zone 2 Shipping Table

    Zone 2 Handling Fee
    0

    Zone 3 Countries

    Zone 3 Shipping Table

    Zone 3 Handling Fee
    0

    I have Paypal Standard and Express modules installed.

    The product has the following settings:

    Product is marked as free (yes)
    Product is Virtual: Yes, Skip Shipping Address (I've tried this both ways and it didn't fix it.)
    Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules (I've tried this both ways too, and it didn't help)

    my site is: soulstore.soulspringgroups.com

    Thanks.
