Product listing question???

Hi everyone, Can products be loaded using a csv file?

Product data can be "mass uploaded" using the Easy Populate module. See free Software Addons.

Ok- so I anm new to Zen ...and I can't seem to find the answer to this.
Can I make a product inactive temporarily? (activate/deactivate but keep the listing on the admin side of site- just not show to the public) )
Some times I want to take an item off the active list... say for a month ... then add them back in later. I do not want to have to delete the item then re-list the item each time.
(some items are custom made and I sometimes have to wait for supplies when supplier is back ordered. I want to take my item offline until the supplies come in)

Is there a setting for this? If so where?
Hope someone has the answer.

In your ADMIN console, when you open up a category and all the products appear in a list, you'll see a little "green square" against each record, indicating that the product is "active".

If you click on a "green square", it turns to "red" - indicating that the product is inactive (disabled).

The same effect can be achieved by clicking the relevant radio button in an individual product's edit screen.
