Configuration > EZ-Pages Setting
EZ-Pages Header Link Separator " remove the value "
this should fix some issues ..

in checkout page,the delivery info display on different side when viewing using IE and FIREfox,why cause that.

i can't really tell since i have no access .. but you are using Template monster , and you need to contact them regarding issues with template . as far as i know , TM dose not follow zencart template structure and code .. so hope fully they can assist you with solution .
