How do I add my own shipping price?

I have a store with heavy furniture that ships to the United States from various European countries.

I want to write in my own shipping price per product.
So weight and location don't need to calculate anything.

For example:
Product 1 Big Italian Couch - shipping $300
Product 2 German Chandelier - shipping $250
Product 3 Spanish lamp - shipping $30
So no matter where it goes it is 1 price.

Please let me know which module to use and how to use it correctly.

I'm running version 1.3.7.
I can't find a clear answer. Perhaps I don't understand the terminology.
