    Default Mail doesn't arrive - is this a problem with my provider? or zencart?

    hi,
    this morning the email, order confirmation, newsletter, account confirmation are not arriving.
    How do I know where the problem is, with zencart or with my provider.

    If the mails worked before and you haven't changed anything on your Zen Cart , then it's most likely your host's mail system.

    Mail is a very tricky area and mail servers do get bombarded with SPAM or otherwise clogged up. They go down independently of everything else. Or config settings get tweaked to make them more secured (e.g. only allowing mail from the same domain as the site or that attached to the hosting account). I really don't envy web hosts trying to keep on top of things. I'd give them a call but be gentle.

    Another possibility (but hopefully not the case) is that your sites mails are being blocked by your ISP's SPAM filters or being treated as SPAM by your own filter. But happily that seems to be a lot less common than a temporary slowdown, followed by a catchup on the mail servers.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I contacted the provider and send them our Admin > Config > Email options.
    Seems that their tecnical staff is looking at it.
