Credit Card - Offline Processing conflict with worldpay

Afternoon all,

I'd like to report what I think is a bug in the above.

I turned CC - Offline Processing in Admin > Payments but if another payment method is enabled the drop down box for the above appears.

I tried with cash on collection only enabled and the WorldPay module only enabled and for both I get the Offline Proc dropdown.

Any ways of fixing this?

If you don't want the C-Card module, click the REMOVE button in its admin console. This will stop it from appearing. To just click "false" sometimes does not fully disable a module.

Hi schoolboy, I do have it as 'removed' :)

I even logged in with FTP and deleted the Includes > Payments > cc.php file and it disappeared from the list in Admin but not from the confirmation page.

What, if any, modifications have been made to your core files? This is unusual behaviour. In a standard install of ZC, once you remove a module in the admin panel, it ceases to function.

What additional modules do you have installed, and did any of these require a SQL patch?

The only module I am 100% certain to have is the WorldPay one. Somebody else in the team my have played around with the purchase order module though (which requires sql patch I think).

ok I deleted all the modules from /includes/modules/payment/ - after having uninstalled all of them - apart from cash on delivery but the box still appears!



in the code I have

which I can't locate anywhere ... anybody has an idea. I checked and the purchase order doesn't seem to be installed (files have been FTP'ed but table 'orders' doesn't seem to have been modified by the sql query).

That dropdown menu is definitely an addon, and not part of the core Zen Cart code.

Have you tried using the Developers Toolkit and searching ALL Files for "Draw CC dropdown box" ?

ok strangest thing just happened. I re-uploaded
/includes/templates/my_template/template/tpl_checkout_payment_default.php and it fixed the problem.

Sorry about this, somebody must have been playing with the file.

Yes I had ... or rather I used the DW search function on offline files
