Hi,
running zencart 1.3.8.
I have carried out the protx installation module as per instructions.
I have followed the instructions in setting up the test of the protx vsp direct.
I have placed orders and proceeded to checkout and been successful (get order completed message).
When logging into the VSP test account (I have gone into admin and setup a new user with all account privileges) as the new user, no transaction details are there for any of the orders.
What have I done wrong? Is there something I need to do to get the transactions to show - have looked at all options for dates and successful/failed/refunded transactions, or are there instructions on how to setup the General Config for Protx Direct v2.6.2 in the Modules - Payment area in admin?
Is there a problem between the merchant account I have with Streamline and Protx?
Bit flummoxed on this as other errors posted here are to do with the transaction clearly being unsuccessful.
