Configuring my payment modules: how?

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.8 and I have no idea what I am doing. I just started an online Lingerie site, and everything is up and going, but my payment modules. I asked my hostingsite, several times to please help me configure them, and they direct me to my Buisness Bank to help me. Is there anyone that is familiar with configuring stuff like this, and is willing to walk me thru step by step. PLEASE I'm desperate, and almost ready to throw my laptop out the window. Thanks for the reply, I contacted Paypal, and they helped me, my hosting site....sux! So, I had gotten all confused lookin for a simple solution. Thanks Again!
