Thanks for getting back to me,

I did set up the nine buttons - but then i got confused as to whether i i went into "names" or "values" also I don't really understand the difference between the radio, drop down bar, button choices ect.

I know it's a bit of a cheek but could you give me a step by step from the beginning, I did look at the Tut/FAQ you suggested earlier but still didn't understand it.
