    You could with some programing set up something like the tax exempt mod where after a customer contacts you and provide confirmed info or alternate payment, flip a switch on the admin customer information page to turn this on just for them.

    That way you could offer it to returning customers as an added incentive.

    Per davewest's comment-

    There is an Invoice payment contribution that is based upon group pricing. Customer sets up account and through the admin you set the group to invoice so the customer then has that option of payment.

    But this is after the fact, rather than at the time of purchase. IMO, there aren't that many customers that don't have a debit or credit card, so do you feel that you are missing that many potential sales because you don't offer those additional payment options?

    In our retail store, we're suspicious of anyone under the age of 40 that wants to pay with a check.
