    Default Help! Can't access my website!

    Hi All,

    I put out a support ticket to my host...but not sure when they will get back to me and this is a bit urgent.

    Can someone please take a look at my site...when i went onto it, I noticed i can't click on anything. It seems to be blocked by a thin clear film. I don't know if it's something my computer is causing or if it's my site. Can you tell me if you are experiencing the same problem?

    It seems fine at the moment ... did you change something to fix this?

    no...it's not working just for me then. I didn't do anything to my computer so I'm not sure why I can't access my own site. I can access all other sites with no problem...

    any ideas?

    ps I can access my admin and cp with no problems though

    I just noticed it appears to be exclusive to Firefox. I can access it with no problem on IE. I guess I see if their forum can help me.

    Ok so it's exclusive to my laptop, since my site works on firefox on my pc. The only thing I can think that may be causing issues is my Firebug program.

    Does anyone know how I can uninstall it to see if that is what's causing the issue?

    In FF: Tools > Addons

    Select the Addon and Disable or Uninstall, then restart FF.

    thanks website Rob! uninstalled it and unfortunately that wasn't the cause of my issue

    I uninstalled and reinstalled firefox and that fixed the problem. i apologize for the excessive posting
