Shipping Miscalculation?

Hello, I just received an order and the customer kindly pointed out that the shipping cost was unusually low.

Here are the details:
- Zen Cart 1.3.8a
- (using) Shipping by Zone Rates
- Zones 1 (US) US, Zone 2 (CA) Canada, Zone 3 (00) - all other countries

The order total weight is 7lbs and is shipping to CANADA. The cost set for a 7lb order is $35.

However, on the invoice this is what is showing:
Zone Rates (Shipping to CA (1 x 7.00lb(s))): $3.00

This is what it looks like on the Zone Rate chart for CA:
Zone 2 Countries
CA

Zone 2 Shipping Table
0.04:2.00,0.08:4.00,1:19:00,2:21.00,3:23.00,4:25.00,5:27.00,6:29.00,7:35.00,8:40 .00,9:50.00

I've checked:
- The weight on each product to make sure it's correct - and it is.
- Zone Rate chart (as seen above)

Would anybody be able to help me? I don't understand what's happened...

The syntax above is wrong... you have a colon instead of a decimal point... you have a weird space too.... there are at least 2 errors...

Needs to be 19.00 ... don't feel bad ... took me a while to see that ... gotta get new glasses ...

ahah! thank you! When I first entered the numbers on the chart I must have checked for errors at least 10 times...
