simple SEO url troubles: Warning: main(includes/classes/module_installer.php): failed

hi All,

I have installed zencart and everything was going ok until i tried to install ssu

i have followed the instructions via the authors wiki page..

but i get these errors:

Warning: main(includes/classes/module_installer.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/mychiky/public_html/test/admin/ssu.php on line 10

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/classes/module_installer.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/mychiky/public_html/test/admin/ssu.php on line 10


i feel that i followed the instructions carefully and made sure that my server settings are correct (php version etc)
php 4
mysql 5
ssu 2.9.6 = as instructed for php4

Has anyone else had this problem?
I am quite sure this is an error on my part and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I HAVE THER SAME ISSUE.
Looks like no one has an answer!

When I go to Extras in my Admin and click, simple SEO URL Manager, I get this message.

Warning: require_once(includes/classes/module_installer.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/starsurf/public_html/admin/ssu.php on line 11

Do you have yellow1912's Module Manager installed? I think it is required for using SSU; there may be a way to disable the requirement - check the SSU support thread.
