Removing a line and changing email subject

First,

I can't figure out where the hell this line is located:

"Your order will not ship until we receive payment."

This happens when I chose money order and checkout. It shows on step 3. What file is this located in, so that I may remove it?

Second,

How do you customize the email subject line that is sent for the confirmation email? I want to style that a bit?

You should familiarize yourself with a wonderful little page called Developers Tool Kit under tools in your admin.
It will look up anything in your files...
This is where that line is:
includes/languages/english/modules/payment/moneyorder.php

Email subject:
includes/languages/english/checkout_process.php
