About Us Page mod issue

I've downloaded the about us page mod available in the Free software addons section. i've successfully added an about us page and link to my nav bar... HOORAY. Now to my problem.

I want to add a Vacancies page and link. i've followed the instructions to the letter modifying the about us files to vacancies files... Uploaded to the server and the navigation menu has disappeared.. There's nothing there. Happily I backed up the includes folder so I can easily re-instate the old files.

I deleted the old includes folder from the server, and uploaded the original includes folder.. every thing was back to normal.

I re-modified a new includes folder for the vacancies mod.. thinking that a fresh start with fresh files was needed.... Uploaded to the server, same thing, the menu disappeared... AGAIN.

Any ideas what i may be doing wrong?

The site can be viewed at www.pinknblue.biz/index.php Currently the modified includes folder is on the server and the error message about the configure.php file is at the top of the page... which I know about. The menu *should* be on the righthand side of the site

You're getting some sort of fatal PHP error, which is halting the drawing of the page.
Use the Debug Logging utility mentioned in this article to catch what's causing it: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82

Ok.... installed the debugging tool and it's not generated a log file. Probably because i can't trigger the event that's causing the issue.

I've tried re-uploading the old, unaltered information.php file and low and behold the menu has returned so it looks like a coding issue with that file.
