The two programs work on separate databases (or if you use prefixes in a single database, they operate on independent table structures.)

The challenge will be reading data off one database (JROX), then parsing the contents into the other (ZENCART).

It probably can be done, and I would imagine that the majority of the work would need to be done on the JROX side.
