    Default moving store content

Ok I have searched on here for the answer to my question and I'm either typing in the wrong thing or its just not been asked yet. Also if I'm postin in the wrong spot then Big Oops on me.

My question is I have one store with a customer basis and such already. I have set up a new one as the one with the customers is very buggy and has alot of unexplained issues.

Well what I want to do is move the customer data and the product info over into the new one without bringing the ( bugs) with it.
Does anyone know of a way to do this or am I going to have to redo it all the long way?
If there is a way to do this what files need to be moved and from where.

Can you expand on what you mean by "buggy"?

Is the "buggy" store Zen Cart?

As far as buggy there are ALOT of issues with it. A few people who work on zen cart have been in it searching to figure the issues out on it and at one point we all thought it was fixed.
Admin activity shows up as clean but someone will have gone in and changed all store sales, changed how payments were accepted, took away some of my admin privilledges. I have other designers in my store so I took sale maker option away from them and the issue happened again. My password got changed. This time we have proof as it showed someone logged in as my IP while I was at the doctors getting testing done and no one was at my house 9 son at school husband at work). I requested a change in password and admin area shows someone tried logging in under my many email accounts and known admin names in other stores.

The new store is getting set up with all the protection things I have found on here so far. I know its more of a hack issue then a Zen error. I also have a good assumption as to who is doing it. But just in case there is a possibility of something being attached to the * buggy store* I dont want to bring it over to the new one. I want to know only the necessary files to move for customer data, and if possible store inventory as well.

I asked only because some folks switch to Zen Cart after having problems with another cart and want to try to carry over their data. I'm not sure how to approach what you're trying to do (it's late here), but you might benefit from this information from the WIKI http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.p...ing_From_Hacks

I suppose you could export the database excluding some of the admin tables and rebuild those later.
