    Default layout boxes controller not working anymore

    I had customised the side boxes via the layout controller but have now decided to add the document side box. The layout controller is not working! I have tried adding a couple of other side boxes that I had disabled and they won't appear either.............????
    Please help

    Also, when I reset, only some of the sidebars appear. I am missing the manufacturer, and most of all DOCUMENTS
