You'll need an FTP program, like Filezilla (free). Install and set up Filezilla and sconfigure it to connect to your remote server, and you'll see all the Zencart files, often in the public_html folder.

If you're connected and logged on - you're in pretty good shape. If you don't see any files, you may be defaulting to an ftp directory, such as /public_ftp.

You may want to set up starting directories for your local computer and your remote site. Example, if you bring up File->Site Manager, you can fill in your login information for your FTP host information. On the Advanced tab, you can set up some default directories like: C:\htdocs for your local directory and /public_html for your remote directory.

I think you'd want a client. The FTP server is running at your web host.

If I go to Help -> About, I see that I'm running filezilla 3.2.4.1, and it lists the homepage http://filezilla-project.org.

My file-> options are very different:
    • Site manager
    • Copy current connection to site manager
    • Export
    • Import
    • Show files currently being edited
    • exit

    I'm also on WinXP.
