Major problems with welcome email

Hi,
Can anyone please help as I am going mad I am using Zen cart through Rentacart and followed the instructions to change my welcome email but as I know nothing at all about php it completely messed up - when you try and register with my site it has the code up above and the email doesn't work, I then tried to put in the original code but it still does the same the code is

What file did you edit? Did you keep a backup? I suggest restoring to the original file.

Hi,
Unfortunately I didn't back it up I just copied the above code incase my one didn't work but the above original one doesn't work so I'm it would seem. The file was public_html/includes/languages/english/create_account.php .

Why not copy the same file from the ZC install files, (backup the file you have there first) and see if that sorts it out.

Is that the only file you've been editing?

How do I get to the ZC install files? I've done a few updates on my website but this is the only one with php and the only problem I have encountered

The files you downloaded and used to install ZC on your server.

That's the problem - I didn't. It was Rentacart and they are not answering my emails

Do you know what ZC version you're using?
