Yes you can, you will half to edit the stylesheet.css

includes/templates/cherry_zen/css/stylesheet.css
Add this to the bottom of the sheet

A.category-top {
color: #FF0000;
font-size: 1.1em;
font-family: Verdana;
}

A.category-top:hover {
color: #000000;
font-size: 1.1em;
font-family: Verdana;
font-weight: bold;
}

1. You can change the color, size & family to your likings.

3. The rest is very simple,
4. Basically everything will be NO, except Header
5. Header = yes, sort order 10
