Hey guys, I'm looking to have some forms on certain EZ Pages. I wanted to create a php file that I can include in various pages. MY question is, where do I put my php file i want to include in EZPages? Also, how would i write a form that hooked up to the Newsletter system?

Secondly, we are working on a price comparison chart, that we want to make interactive. So it would require javascript. I know i can do most of the js inline, but Id rather call it via external sheet. So where would i place this? And what path would it be inside of an ezpage?
