Hi, on my site I offer a unique personalized gift and I currently use a CRM package where I copy and paste the ZenCart order details to a CRM system, which I use to send out a personalized email.

The only reason I copy and paste information into the CRM system is to generate the personalized email which has detailed instructions of how to use the product.

I'd like to be able to edit the order attributes (I think I'll use the Super Orders 2.0 mod) if necessary to and send out a personalized email directly from ZenCart to eliminate the copy and pasting process.

The personalized email should pepper in some of the attribute information, and have conditional text based on the attributes.

Any thoughts on the best way to do this? Is the best way to modify orders.php and leverage the confirmation email? I still would like to send out a separate confirmation email just so they have an invoice/receipt.
