blank page

Hi everyone,

I desperately need help, I am very new to Zen cart and although I installed it eventually, it has since disappeared and I am getting a blank page.
When I try to view my template through the zen cart admin page I get 'You do not have permission to view this page' plus a 404 error message. I have tried to change permissions in CUSTOM/template_info.php from 0644 to 0755 but is keeps changing back to 0644, not even sure if this is the problem!
One other thing I should mention, probably nothing to do with the reason for my trouble but my IP address keeps changing, I have paid for a dedicated one but twice in the past week it had changed to a shared one, and when I try to visit my site at the old IP there's another website there, I hope this all makes sense to someone, I'm just about ready to give up on it, thanks

Call your hosting company about the IP problem. That's on their end. After that, the other issues can be addressed.
