hi, i am currently using email archive manager, it works find when customer send message through my web,but seem all these email only appear in email archive manager, but not the real mail box, therefore when my customer send out a email they do not receive any auto reply email. i try to contact my host company and he say my database miss ccontactus.php ,and can not assist me further which is beyond their support scope.
