I don't know if this is the correct way and most efficient way but check it out.. Hopefully the Queen of Flash "Misty" will read this and maybe correct me..

Find this:
includes/templates/ocean_front/css/stylesheet.css

Add this to the bottom of the sheet.

.flashText {margin-bottom:25em;
margin-left:35em;
margin-right:0;
margin-top:-33em;
}
