Zone Rates Problem

This issue is a really annoying me.
No matter what amount of weight I enter the shipping price will always stay at the same price of the first entered zone rate.

Until 10000 grams the price for shipping is 6.75.
But when I enter 15000 grams as the amount of weight for a product it keeps saying it's 6.75

What unit does Zen Cart use?
Can anybody solve this problem for me?

your weights are set at 10000 and 20000 anything below 20000 will be charged at the 10000 and anything above 20000 will be charged at that rate, so for a different rate you need to set the 15000 at a different price
