1. Set this value to 0
2. then you will need to control or hide the Header
3. includes/ templates/ your_template/ css/ stylesheet.css
4. Find this element: #whatsNew { }
5. Add this declaration to it: display: none;
6. If not found just add her to the bottom of the sheet
7. #whatsNew { display: none;}
