Is it possible to set up a free brochure download???? Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I. have a separate Document sidebox (separate from the Categories box),
2. I created a Document - General link as I don't want to use the shopping cart for a free pdf file download.
3. I created attributes - the name,' download' and radio button, the option, 'zip'. The file was linked as it has a green button.

WHen I click on this link (as a visitor who is about to download the free brochure), I only see the title 'download' and the checked radio button (as expected) which tells the visitor that it is a zip file, but I dont see any download link.

Obviously this is not working for me

I have searched the forum and the tutorials section for something similar, but I haven't found anything.

Please help
