Wa,
By using Moxilla Firefox browser with the add on called Firefox, I can find the path to this file which is:
- includes/templates/CUSTOM/images/ProKarateShop.png
- So you will create a new logo and call it ProKarateShop.png
- use your ftp program to upload her to the site
