Default Multiple Pics per Product using V1.3.8

I have enabled multiple images for my products under Catalog --> Product Types --> Product - General. However, for only one of my many products I cannot get a second picture to display. I have tried mulitple times, using a naming convention and product setup similar to other products with no success. I also deleted a previous version of the product and redid the entire product upload for that product. Still no success - it is the only one of my products that I cannot get a second picture to show. Any suggestions?

I suggest you triple check the exact spelling of the files.... Usually when the additional images are not showing, they're either not uploaded correctly, or named wrongly.

What is the base filename for the image?

What are the paths and filenames of your images?

I am using the browse feature to upload and the names of my files from my computer are:

    AH76-1.jpg

    and

    AH76-color.jpg

I have also tried changing the file name for AH76-color.jpg to AH76-2.jpg. I have used both naming conventions for other products on my website and both work for other products...

My website products page is http://www.angelbeing.com/products.html

and the problem product is the Fidel Hat in the Headgear category.

    Thanks!
    Anita

I deleted the pictures from my images folder and tried to upload them again...still only see one image, the last image I uploaded. It does take each of the two images. If I upload AH76-1.jpg, that is the one I see on the product page website. If I then upload AH76-color.jpg, then that is the one I see on the product page website.

To the Delete Image question, I have it marked No, and to the overwrite question, I have it marked Yes. These are also the same answers I have for the other products....

I'm guessing it has to be something in the setup. I just deleted all of the pics from my images folder starting with AH76, renamed the files on my computer to fidel-1.jpg and fidel-color.jpg and uploaded them one at a time onto my product. Still doesn't work....

Could there be some product-specific issue?

Image Handler 2 works really well for me.. it's under downloads and takes care of however many images you want.

It was hard to install but I am a COMPLETE newbie at this, but I got it right and it works 100%. (you can see my web site I have 3-4 pics for the same item)

    Hope this helps...

    Your filenames are incorrect ...

    If the base is:
    AH76-1.jpg

Then this filename is NOT related to the base name ...

    AH76-color.jpg

    The basename is:
    AH76-1.jpg

so the only way the other file would be seen is if its name was:
    AH76-1something.jpg
