how do I change the Unsubscribe email address in the welcome and other emails?

How do I change the Unsubscribe email address in the welcome and other emails. Currently the text looks like this:
This email address was given to us by you or by one of our customers. If you did not signup for an account, or feel that you have received this email in error, please send an email to camp AT nilandsplace DOT com
I want to change the email address to: [email protected]

I have looked in E-Mail Options in the admin but I can't tell which one is controlling it. I do not want to change anything but the above part. Zen Cart 1.3.8a
