Order Confirmation Page - how do I place an affiliate tracking code on it?

Hope everyone had a great Memorial Day.

Back to my question.

I am using ZC 1.3.8 and I signed up for an affiliate program called Affiliate Runner and while doing the initial set up it asks me to place a tracking code on the order confirmation page. So my 2 questions are:

1. Which file is the order confirmation page?

and

2. I have 2 sets of php script to place there, does it matter weather it goes above or below what's already there?

I appreciate your reply and read through the thread but it didn't answer either of my questions. There is a tpl_checkout_confirmation and a tpl_checkout_success but don't know which one to place the code on if either one is even correct and in which order does the code need to go in.
