Default QuickBooks Import and multiple tax rates

Is there a workaround that will
let me work around the QBI
limitation of only one tax rate?
I have to charge tax in two states,
and need to (want to) use QBI to
    export the transactions from ZC
to QB, except for its limitation of
    only supporting one tax rate.

For example, can a service charge
be created for the 2nd state which
could be set to the same amount
as the tax amount charged that
could be passed through to QB?
