error wont let me veiw site

hey guys can someone help me pllleeeeeaaaasssseeeee

i just installed version 1.3.7 and it worked fine::

then i realised i put it inside its own folder, so it wouldnt go straight to it on th index page;;;;
ie it was www.mydomain.com/zencart/index.php
rather than:
www.mydomain.com/index.php


i tried to take it from the folder and leave them in the public_html folder but that didnt work so i deleted all the files..

i have just uploaded all the files again and the installation worked fine and i can get into the admin area

but when i try to go to the site::::www.mydomain.com:::: it gives me error 500 does anyone have a solution,

I always thought it was strange that so many mods are written for YOUR-TEMPLATE. I have to find that template and give it a try. Seems everything works with it...
