Auto Follow-up Email?

Hi,
Does anyone know of any mods that are available to automatically send an email to customers.

I would like to have a system that automatically sends an email about 1 week after an orders status has been updated to "Complete".

Is anything like this available?

I would like the email to give the customer an opportunity to review the item(s) they have purchased ideally with links to the review page of the products they ordered.

I think this would only need to be a one off email rather than a continual thing every week.
