How to remove steps from checkout process?

Hello,

I have a shop that is modded to instantly deliver the item that the customer purchases to the customers Paypal email address immediately after the Paypal payment is confirmed.

I don't need to have 3 steps for customers who are already signed up to checkout because all products I sell are instantly delivered.

I want to remove Step 1 of 3 - Delivery Information, Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information, and Step 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation.

What I want is the proceed to checkout button to instead be the confirm order button, which is currently found at the end of step 3.



Is this something I can do myself or will I have to hire someone to do this?

Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE:

I installed the Fast and Easy Checkout mod which combines the payment and shipping checkout pages into one page for a shortened checkout process.
