NEWBIE: How can I edit "Featured Products" wording?

OK, I researched this and, as you can see from the above link, i have already edited the term "Featured Products" and changed it to "Featured Artworks" on the english.php within my directory.

I thought I had change every instance but, apparently, as you can see from the link above, "Featured Products" still shows as the top title of the page AND as the title on the breadcrumbs.

How do I I edit these two? if they are located in the english.php file and i happened to miss them by mistake, then I would really appreciate it if you can tell me what LINE # they appear on ... Because i enet through the entire php file at least five times and I am apparently missing them :-).

if they are on a different file, then i would also appreciate line numbers, if possible.

One more thing, I originally learned aboout Firefox's Add-on "Firebug" in this Forum and it has been truly invaluable at editing css files. However, is there an Add-on which does the same thing with PHP files where it tells you exactly what PHP files and line numbers control particular items on a page?
